Congratulations on your engagement! This is such an exciting time in a couple’s journey tighter, and an engagement session is such a fun way to celebrate it and remember it by.

Engagement Sessions are relaxed, fun and interactive, incorporating both candid interaction and romantic posing. They are intended to reflect you as a couple and to show the best version of “you. We will discuss together the best location(s) to use as well as the styling for the shoot.

 

What is included with our Engagement Session?

1 hour session / 1-2 outfits; 1-2 locations, as time allows / 35-40 fully edited high resolution images / Online Gallery / Print release for your finalized images

 

Why should we have an Engagement Session?

One of the most important reasons for an engagement session is to really get to know your photographer and for them to get to know you. We have some of the best relationships with past couples, and most of these great and lasting relationships began at engagement sessions. The trust and rapport from the engagement session will spill over into the wedding day, and from our experience that leads to lots of laughs and just an enjoyable time on the big day .

When do engagement sessions take place?

Engagement sessions are usually scheduled as soon as a couple gets engaged. We like to schedule them typically about two hours before sunset in hopes to incorporate that gorgeous golden light, which is the most flattering and romantic light of the day.

 

Where do engagement sessions take place?

The best location is somewhere that really symbolizes you as a couple. Somewhere that has meaning to you. It could be the place you met, where he proposed, where you had your first date, or even a spot you just like to hang out at on a lazy Sunday afternoon. If you are having trouble picking a location for your session, we are always happy to help.

 

What to wear…WHAT to wear??!!

What you choose to wear is also a very important part of your engagement session. It really defines the style of your session.
